This item ships LTL freight. At 600 lbs it is far outside standard parcel service, so it travels by truck on a pallet and is quoted at checkout by delivery address.

Before you order, measure the full path into the room, not just the wall it will stand against. The carton is 60" × 41" × 27"; most interior doorways are 30–32". Ground floor and a solid slab are strongly preferred.
Returns. 30 days on unopened items in original packaging. Return freight on an item this size is the buyer's responsibility. Damage discovered after a delivery receipt has been signed clean cannot be claimed against the carrier.
