Standard Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on package weight:
Standard Items:
- Up to 15 lbs: $10.34 (3-5 business days)
- Up to 30 lbs: $19.34 (3-5 business days)
Large Items:
- Up to 50 lbs: $33.85 (5-7 business days)
- Up to 80 lbs: $41.68 (5-8 business days)
- Up to 100 lbs: $62.47 (5-8 business days)
- Up to 140 lbs: $71.85 (5-8 business days)
Extra Large Items:
- Up to 170 lbs: $228.33 (7-15 business days)
- Up to 270 lbs: $319.92 (7-15 business days)
- Up to 350 lbs: $388.92 (7-15 business days)
- Up to 500 lbs: $509.94 (7-15 business days)
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on package weight:
- Standard Items (up to 30 lbs): 3-5 business days
- Large Items (31-140 lbs): 5-8 business days
- Extra Large Items (141-500 lbs): 7-15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
- Order processing times may increase during peak seasons and promotional periods
International Shipping
- International shipping is available to select countries
- International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- Free shipping promotion does not apply to international orders
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes
- Some items may have additional shipping restrictions
- Hazardous materials may require special handling and shipping methods
Order Tracking
- Track your order using the provided tracking number
- Sign up for SMS updates for real-time delivery status
- Contact customer service if you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Report damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery
- Lost packages must be reported within 15 days of the expected delivery date
- We will work with the carrier to locate lost packages
- Replacement items will be shipped once a claim is approved
Address Changes
- Address changes must be requested before the order ships
- We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is in transit
- Incorrect addresses may result in additional shipping charges
Returns and Refunds
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
